Flytoget runs annual recruitment days. To ensure the applicants would be the right fit for the culture, Task developed films to help with recruitment and introduction. The Flytoget films speak to both the heart and the mind.

What to expect in your job as a steward and customer adviser?

The challenge with a film project like this is often balancing the desire to include a lot of content, alongside keeping things light and memorable to ensure attention. We therefore conducted several workshops with the management and representatives of the target group to sharpen the message and deliver the intended effect. With the help of good pedagogy and engaging storytelling techniques, we developed three films that spoke to new employees’ hearts and minds. Here are two of them:

“A steward’s everyday life”

This three minute film shows a typical working day for a steward. The film is for newly hired stewards and conveys important knowledge and approaches for Flytoget stewards to have. 

“Do you have it in you?”

The recruitment films are aimed at stewards and customer advisers. The goal is to create interest in the professions so that as many qualified and suitable candidates as possible apply for the advertised positions.
